This is a Vintage Westinghouse Electric Frying Pan With Copper Lid. It is marked on the handle with Westinghouse, there is a plate that tells the best heat setting for various items, and the heat adjustment knob is located on the end of the handle. The bottom of the fryer is marked with Westinghouse Mansfield Ohio Made in USA, Cat No EPP 551 115V AC Only, May Be Immersed to Line On Handle F.
It's in good working condition with some light surface scratches, scuffs, small cooking stains, patina and pitting on the interior of the pan. It measures approximately 10 3/4" square, 17" long with handle and 2" deep, 6" total height with lid on.
