This is an Antique Anchor Hocking Glass Ink Well. Embossed on the bottom with The H overlapping anchor logo, L-876 4, 5, 3 1/8 oz. This would have had a cork. The bottle features a ribbed stepped design on the neck. It would look great on display in an office, on a shelf with other collectible glass bottles. Would make a great gift for a writer or someone who does calligraphy.
It's in good to excellent condition. There is some rainbow color patina and a rust spot. We do not see any chips or cracks. It measures approximately 2 5/8" tall, 2 1/4" base diameter, and 1" opening diameter.
