This is a Vintage Surge Babson Bros. Co. Glass Insulator Chicago, U.S.A. These were insulators used for electric fences. Great to add to a collection of vintage, antique insulators, tools and would make great decor, or could even be repurposed.
It's in excellent condition. I do not see any chips, cracks, or scratches. It measures approximately 2 3/4" tall, 2 1/4" base diameter.
